Vimeo Creator Services: An Essential Service for Independent Filmmakers

13 Dec

Vimeo is, without a doubt, the best video sharing website online. Don’t even bother trying to say that YouTube is better than Vimeo. YouTube simply doesn’t have the class. Vimeo is filled with high quality videos that you can find without having to wade through all the shaky, terribly shot, low-resolution videos that plague YouTube. You also don’t have to deal with stupid thirteen year olds who take out their pubescent frustrations by calling people ‘fags’ when commenting on videos…

The website doesn’t go any further than a slew of links to social media applications; one for Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. Following the links still won’t give you much information, so my question is, what the hell is Refilm?

Speaking with The Alternative Tone, Stutsman said, “I’m working on a new band called Canadian Wedding that started off as basically just my solo work, but with a full band. I don’t really want to release anything as Nick Stutsman any time soon, or maybe even ever again Continue reading

Kai Gorbahn: Dreaming in 24 Frames

18 Oct

By Taaron Gorbahn

To start off, I must confess one thing: I have not finished reading ‘How We’d Look On Film’ by Kai Gorbahn. This is due to a few different reasons which I will go further into with this article but the main reason that simply: he is my brother.
